Somewhat expensive. Nice selection and variety. Good quality products. Current construction making it more difficult than usual to enter and exit an already small parking lot on the corner of a very busy Intersection. It would be helpful to have staff available to answer product questions and assist patrons in finding what they are looking for, too.
The staff here was very helpful especially Jaimie. They took their time to answer my questions and went out of their way to be helpful. I had always been partial to their competitor, but the difference in service, knowledge and helpfulness has changed that. This will be my go to store from now on. Thanks so much!
The store was a complete mess. Stuff all over the floor. It looks like its about to go out of business. The cashier was having social time with a customer instead of keeping the line going.nnUpdate: placed an order online for pickup. When I got to the store I had to stand in line with others making purchases to get someone to help me with my order I already bought online. Petco needs some help with the online order business.nnUpdate 8/16/20nnPlaced another online order and yet again no one to help get the item. I had to stand in the checkout line to get someone to help get my order. I don’t understand why they offer a service and don’t have anyone to help with it. What a joke!!

Petco is Petco ! Always polite - helpful with a smile !! Anyone with a pet knows that to work there takes a special person , ( we don't trust our pets to just anyone!) . Everything and anything for your pets at great prices and special sales ! Keep up the great work! My dog vouches for you ud83dudc3eud83dudc3e I only give 4 stars cause it's my belief that there's always room for improvement !
