The lady at the front desk was very VERY rude ! I called because I was referred to this clinic by my doctor. But since I had an insurance (that they take) she told me to figure it out on my own, because she didn’t want to scan it in . I’d honestly give this place a 0 if I could. I didn’t get a chance to meet the doctors here , which is a shame. But the front desk is straight toxic and I’m very disgusted by how they handled our conversation today. Oh, but the best part of this experience would’ve been when the receptionist got done talking down to me, she just hung up on me . So in conclusion, if you want to go here, try to find a direct number I guess to the providers . Because you won’t get anywhere with the front desk.

I had my first session with Dr. Sedlacek yesterday and I enjoyed it so much!!! I finally met a Doctor I feel comfortable being vulnerable with, that believed me and didn’t judge me . I look forward to my next visit with him already.

My husband and I have both had success in working with Dr. Sedlacek, Carmen and Emily. They work as a team and are all professional, kind and caring with a positive outlook. I thank all three of them for working with us through some tough situations!

I was seen by Dr. Dickson for about 6 months, things were going good. However, after a dark time in my life landed me in the hospital, after seeing her for the appointment last week, she wanted to see me the following week. However, I had to cancel, due to work constraints and being unable to get time off work to see her. I advised I was free next week anytime, but was told by her secretary she has now cancelled our plan of care, without warning and is sending me a letter stating the reason why. I was at a shock because her and I had a great relationship and then suddenly, because I couldn't see her asap when she wanted me to, she immediately canceled my plan of care. This was shocking and incredibly saddening to find out. I have never felt so dehumanized in my life by a doctor and I am incredibly hurt by how abrupt this was and how she refused to accommodate by work schedule. Dr. Dickson, you are incredibly disappointing to act in such a cold manner. It would be understandable if I was a non compliant patient, but this was not the case.
