Food was great, service was a little lacking but overall great as usual
Not great service. Stood around and waited to be seated at already empty tables. The booth then had crumbs and food in the seat. Then didn’t get noticed by a waitress for ~20 minutes. She was fantastic once she checked on me. Much better service at other locations.
Ordered my food online but accidentally sent it to the maple location. the manager, star I think, was extremely helpful and called the other store to tell them she was filling the order at her location. It was out with 10 minutes and there were even extra wings included. Top notch service from this store. I was blown away. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!
While I wish I was informed before I placed my walk in take out order that it was a 30+ minute wait for take out, I appreciate them being open and accommodating and clean. Had a beer at the bar while waiting and the staff was very nice!
I'm a delivery driver and every time I have an order at this location I dread it. The way that I had to get the employees attention is to CALL while I'm standing at the counter waiting for so long(this has happened three separate times). They mess up orders everytime which makes the wait 3 to 4 times the length they tell you at the beginning. And every time I pick up orders its never busy in the store so I know it's not because they are swamped, they're sitting down on their phones or standing around chatting. They have no respect for customers or the fact that other people's work and livelihood is directly correlated to their service working as intended. Couldn't pay me to pay money to eat at this location, you're better off at Wing Stop.
