This is a good bank but dont feel comfortable with police coming in here as a customer would be more comfortable without police in there be better if there was no police in the bank when im going in doing some things i need to get done police make a uncomfortable atmosphere as a customer using the bank.

This is my local branch & Im always treated with respect & a smile, in fact some of the tellers know my on a first name basis. Plus it’s always nice to see the same people behind the counter. I recommend this bank highly

Just moved to Omaha and was looking for a bank. I called several and First National was the one with the best customer service...so I went in to talk to a representative. I spoke, in person, with Mardi Reed. She was efficient, personable and offered me the best plan to fit my needs. I am so glad I found this bank...they make you feel important and not just a dollar sign as you walk in the door.nnElizabeth T.
