This is the best local bank I've ever found! Reid Kathol, Kim Norton, and the rest of the team have always been 100% helpful and professional, including dealing with some tough and complicated situations. I particularly appreciate their compassionate service as I worked through settling my recently-deceased mother's affairs. They were a real comfort during a difficult time.nnI used to do all my business at a big, green bank, but now I've moved everything to Security National. Very glad that I did!

Small enough to remember my name every time... local branch especially. Never have had a single issue speaking with a personal banker/ manager. My experience has been great largely. Very responsive in my experience. Which is VAST. 20 years at SNB.
Managers have no more banking knowledge than a flea.
They try to justify taking money from your account, by saying they acted in “good faith” and “according to terms”, even though there was no real reason for them to take it.nnAlso, when I called to complain about what happened the teller that answered shared sensitive information about the other account holder’s personal accounts, so they don’t really hold up to privacy standards.nnEdit: Their response to me used the same terms that I “ “ in my review. So they still didn’t justify what they did or show me any reason why what they did was necessary.
