Horrible app, no helpful staff, not friendly. This bank is the worse than well Fargo and that’s saying something.
I previously was not a customer. My business accounts were with a large bank. In the midst of this pandemic the big bank was absolutely no help. I called Dundee Bank, spoke to a real, live person. They transferred me to the person that could help me out and it was done. 10 minutes. Thank you Patrick and the rest of the staff. Great job.
I was Distressed to find that this bank does not have a Walk Up ATM! Dundee is Clearly a Pedestrian Friendly area. I feel Uncomfortable waiting in line with cars to get up to the Car Lane ATM.
