I used this branch as my main account for a long time plus I had five or six mortgages with them. But, as time went by and the bank morphed into Bank of the West and banking minimums increased and courtesy decreased I moved on to another bank altogether. Finally I got a letter from them saying that the safety deposit box that I had been using for free for the last couple of decades was being upgraded to not for free. This is their right and if they want safety deposit box rental fees that's fine. But it is my right to sever the last of my ties to BOW which I have done.
