Horrible line, I watched an elderly man stand in the 93 degree heat for 45 minutes.n100% unacceptable. I will not be returning to this branch and after 16 years with an account ive debated switching banks

Lanesha, and another lady (I feel bad for forgetting her name) were super polite, professional, and helped explain the details of my account. They understood my frustrations and were able to assist me with every detail. Could not be happier with my experience.

Super long lines. All the time. ATM is ridiculous to get to. You’ll be waiting at least 30 mins for any transactions
