I wish I would have read the reviews before I sign a 2-year contract with this company. So first off my issue is the advertisement for 4 lines for $100. We got our first bill and it was $124 oh, that is crazy $24 worth of taxes. My other complaint is that we signed up on the 31st of October and my first bill was deducted on November 21st which means I paid for only 20 days of service I feel like I got ripped off there and when I called to ask questions the store had no answers and was rude and when I called customer service they were even more rude.
Good service, but I was misinformed by this particular store. They told me that I could upgrade every 10 months. I come to find out you can't upgrade until the end of your contract. Retrain your staff, because that misinformation can cause you to lose customers. Get your information delivered correctly.
There service is nothing but a joke it is the Worse Service and there iPhones are expensive I have switch to us cellular
