We were lucky to get a construction loan and close on our house through Kensington bank. Ashley M. was amazing to work with. She worked hard on getting us a great rate and she did a lot of work ahead of time to ensure our closing went quickly and smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this bank again. Don’t get a loan through them it provides no credit what so ever my boyfriend has had a loan through them for a year and can’t get financed for anything because they only report credit to one bureau witch does nothing for you greatly disappointed never again will a loan be through them
We live on a fixed income, so sometimes life throws a curve ball at you and you need help. We have very happy that this bank is fair in it's decisions. The people in this bank are real and true, they take all things presented seriously. So when push comes to shove We want Kensington Bank on our side!
Everyone at the bank has always been great to work with. I also deal with the Kensington branch as well and they all have been real good to work with also. I just want to make sure that I mention Ruthie from Cokato and John at Kensington as both of them have always went out of their way to give me great customer service.
All positive experiences at Kensington in Cokato. Always friendly people to help whenever I am there and never have to wait too long! Questions answered effectively and if one can't answer they will connect me to someone who can! Also, I really like the service provided at Edgewood Gables == perfect for elderly people who have no transportation, etc. The convenience is wonderful!! THANK YOU!!
