Food is good and served pretty quick. One thing that really annoyed me was my salad came with one small plastic container with salad dressing in it. One small container is not enough for the Cobb salad that I got. When I pay $13.00 for a salad I expect to have enough salad dressing! I could have ordered another one but I refused to pay .69 cents extra for another small container of salad dressing! My husband got tots with his burger. The waitress told him all the choices for dip. He ordered fry sauce. She neglected to mention it’s an extra .69 cents for any dipping sauce! It just seemed like an excessive charge for something that should be included with your meal. I guess the restaurant wants to nickel and dime their customers. I think we’ll be eating at Rock Top in the future!

No longer Papa's Casino... New name is Ten X Pin Tap House. Awesome sports bar atmosphere. Restaurant, Bar, Casino, Brew house. Great tasting beer. Superb staff. Bar tenders very knowledgeable and up to date with beer offered. Super clean and efficient. Highly recommended.

I took my son here for his 21st bday! TOP NOTCH!!!! Nick was our waiter and he was great! He even had a piece of cake with us. We will definitely be back to try some of their beer. Great atmosphere, they have lots of TV'S if you want to watch a game and they have small ones in each booth.

I’m from Moses Lake and am expecting my first child so I drove 3 hours to celebrate my baby shower this weekend at papas. My mom booked the banquet room in early December and called yesterday to confirm our reservation for tomorrow to find out they had double booked it and gave it to the other person they booked. After we spent 100’s of dollars in decorations and had family travel to town to celebrate with us, they in no way tried to compensate other than trying to force us into the busy loud restaurant/bar area. My moms heart is broken and I’m disappointed for her sake. The way they handled the situation in regards to customer service was disgustingly poor. I suggest if you’re looking for disappointment then this is the right place for you. I hope in the future if you do this again, you try a little harder to make up for it. It may have not been important to you, in which you so clearly demonstrated. However it was important to the people who put time and effort into this special event.
