I was headed to a girls cabin weekend and ended up having to have an appendectomy surgery at Riverwood. The staff were extremely friendly and caring. I would like to shout out my overnight nurse Jodi for taking care of me throughout the night with my cares and making sure I was comfortable. Thank you again!

I’ve been misdiagnosed and treated like my symptoms were all in my head so many times so many times by this clinic is makes me sick. The staff is mostly polite, but they are not thorough unless you push, beg, and plead.nLuckily I found an amazing doctor at Lakewood Health Systems in Pillager/ Staples that actually listens to me and treats me like I’m human.

I've had numerous ER visits and 1 major internal surgery. In all cases, the staff were great. They seemed to go out of their way to make me feel relaxed and welcome, even during the ER trips. Clinic and inpatient staff, both medical and support were very friendly and took the time to explain the procedures and expected outcomes. Great care, great facility.

My name is Michael Gray Martin. Words cannot describe the insanity I dealt with. Nurse practitioner Larson is nothing more than a pill googling quack who litterally almost killed me. I was wrongfully diagnosed with schizophrenia. Janet Larson even agreed I should have never been diagnosed. Then she sent me for an assessment at the healthcare facility that diagnosed me in the first place. Furthermore she prescribed medication I did not need which caused me to become slow, and gain over 50 pounds. Then she tried to say I showed signs of personality disorder which no other medical professional saw. I left Riverwood in May and am now down to seeing a counselor once a month on zero medication diagnosed with nothing more than having some coping issues from past traumas. She is a joke and the least holistic practicioner I've ever met.nnLisa Gerhardt is incompetent. She took a call from my mother who suffers from Munchausen syndrome by proxy. Also called the sherrifs department over me finally speaking sternly to her about my concerns with a CT scan, and my overall treatment. After I told her twice I was getting mad and didn't wish to speak anymore. The first time I told her I was done talking she called me back... The second time I told her I didn't want to talk to her she called the sherrifs. Even the deputy agreed there was zero reason he needed to come see me.nnI've had to contact the medical board about these two.nnUpdate: I now don't have to see a counselor anymore, and I am on nothing more than prescribed THC and CBD. Still haven't heard anything from the two healthcare jokes. Pertaining to their treatment of me.nnGood news is, I had another healthcare systems physical therapist say I have overflow. Which helped me learn I not only don't have cerebral palsy. But am actually one the most athletically gifted people on earth. Then another healthcare care provider set me up with medical cannabis my first appointment.nnThis place is a joke, wrapped in a ud83eudd21 suit.
