Mike is the absolute best in customer service for small business when buying lawn and snowblower. Last year purchased my lawnmower Mike spent time explaining what the features, benefits, and best pricing for what I was looking for. Now here I am needing a snowblower and again blown away. Wanted a one stage snowblower that acts like a two stage, electric start, gas! Wow did Mike do great making sure I understood what I was purchasing and again best price for my price range. I will always pay a little more for customer service and to shop local than save a few bucks for a big box store to get a big purchase such as this! Riverview Lawn and Snow does so much, sales and service, shop local, and call Mike tell him Christie B sent you! MY RED BEAST!
Bought my new Toro mower here. Owner was very friendly and helpful. He did a great job explaining how to operate my new mower. They were the same price as the big box stores only more helpful and if I ever need service he's the guy they would refer me to. So I highly recommend spending your money local and spend it a Riverview Lawn & Snow.

Horrible service, I have been here 5 different times with 4 different tools( 2 snow blowers and 2 lawn mowers) each time they had my tool for 4 weeks or longer before even assessing the issue. I'm not exaggerating. Then the tool breaks down for good 4 months later each time. You ask why I went back? I thought it was the tool and not them, but I am certain it's them. I will never return back to this location. Horrible customer service
