Kroger

If I could give less than a One, I would. I would give them a -ZERO if that was possible. The experience I had with the afternoon shift on 1/27/21, was beyond belief. My sister and I went to pick up groceries that Kroger had forgot to give me in the morning (this happens often), and these kids were so rude, disrespectful, discourteous and outright scary, I couldn't believe it. It was as if I was putting them out because they had forgotten my items. And the main thing was, there were no other cars waiting for groceries. So they weren't even busy. We waited for my 5 items for over 40 minutes because they were arguing with us and kept bringing us the wrong items, I think on purpose to I guess, just to be mean. They even had the gall to tell us that if we didn't like it that we should get out of our car and go in the store and shop ourselves! It was truly appalling. I have never been treated so horribly by someone like them. One of them even got in their vehicle and went behind us because at this time we had pulled up to the door to wait, and she just sat in her car and just kept blowing her horn at us. Finally after we got what we thought were all our items we just left very flustered and frustrated. To find out when we got home that we still were charged more than what we had received. I would Never recommend this Kroger Ever again. I was so disappointed and a little afraid. I will be taking my business else where.n-You would think after sending management and the corporate office information of the incident that someone would have responded. That say a lot about the values and who and what the company is. What a shame.

Not 5 for the grocery store but the woman working who worked there helped me unlock my car yesterday was amazing!

After multiple attempts to make something of this store and the customer service I get from workers I will no longer go. Their management is great their staff is horrible. No baggers either!

Kroger, please walk me through your online order process? I truly want to understand why it takes so long that their is oftentimes an overflow of cars causing me to have to wait upwards of 30 minutes. In my head, assuming an order is picked, it should take 5-10 minutes to scan it and load it. Even if I’m the only one there it still takes quite a bit of time to get the order pulled. How can I help you make this process more efficient? What are you doing differently to help fix this in the future?

This is the closest kroger too my home sadly and the customer service is awful. I constantly have too wait to be helped while at the customer service desk and or self check out. Do not recommend this kroger.
