I wish I could scream this from the rooftops: Kiwanis Thrift Sale is one of the best thrift stores that I've ever been to. Their book section is the best I've ever seen, but I'll get to that in a minute. The staff here are so friendly and wonderful, you could easily strike up a conversation and share a laugh. Truly remarkable people. The line... You guys, their line moves so fast. It's incredible.nnAnyways, their stuff. They have a TON of great things and the prices are better than anywhere I've ever been. I found so many cool things and ended up walking out the door after spending $30.nnTheir book section deserves its own paragraph. The books are my favorite things to look through at a thrift store and the book section at Kiwanis was amazing. First of all, it has its own room. In this room is virtually a library. They have everything organized by topic and then by author so it's super easy to go through (please put the books back in the right spot). I found some really neat copies of really really old and interesting books. I could spend hours just in the book section.nnTheir furniture section is really good to, and the prices are the best. I bought an entire shelving unit for my plants at home for $15. Two helpful guys helped me load it into my car.nnBottom line: Go to Kiwanis Thrift Sale.

Why are they still closed. All other resale shops are open?!!!!. All they would have to do is make simple modifications. Makes you wonder.
