Very helpful staff. Had parts I needed for my mower I bought from their now closed sister store. Had my records from the sale there. Had the tools I needed to do the job. Highly recommend
Bought a new generator with 1yr warranty 3 mo ago for almost 900$, When my generator broke. He tried to replace it with a old 4300 generator or pay 450$ for a replacement. When I found out I can repair mine for 250$ . And when I called to have it resolved and ask what the point of buying a generator with a warranty. He was not only rude but condensing telling me he wasn't going to bother explaining it to me because I wouldn't listen anyway. Not my idea of customer service.
