Ear molds have broke 6 times and instead of sending the original ones we requested. We get these huge bulky ones that do not fit and hurt.nJanine after 3 months and 5-6 messages finally calls back. Janine is beyond rude! Customers do not deserve to be yelled at, and told we can take our business elsewhere.nShe definitely needs classes in customer service!nValley ENT has lost our business!
First appointment was a total train wreck, and Dr. Perry didn’t seem to believe me at all bout my frequent tonsillitis. However, on the second appointment, I returned with copies of my medical records from all the walk-in clinics I had used for strep tests over the past few years. He was then more than happy to go through them with me, and immediately scheduled that my tonsils would come out. I feel like I shouldn’t have had to go through all that trouble for him to notice. The surgery itself, though, was quick and they are doing their best to make the recovery as painless as possible. I only recommend this physician if you are a strong person who is capable of standing up for your deserved treatment.
Great staff, Dr Perry was great, took time with my issues,and showed he truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any ENT issues.
