I didn't catch her name but the lady at the delivery counter was amazing. I had an instacart order and was told the delivery counter didn't open until 9. It was 8:30 so I started to inform the customer of the wait. The kroger associate came around the counter and said she could get for me. There were 4 deli items to slice and 3 items she helped me find. There were other associates that were very helpful as well. One I particularl helped me find multiple items in multiple aisles. Whatever kroger is doing to promote customer service within their stores is really working

For the most part I love this store. However, I wish there was more fresh baked items in the bakery. In addition, I agree with quite a few other people who said the deli personnel are rude. They seem to only want to talk with people of their kind. I experienced complete reverse racism there. I came up and was completely ignored. Then, a person that spoke their language got helped right before my eyes before I was even acknowledged. As a result, I ignore the deli completely. I get prepackaged deli meat and cheese and other things that don’t require any help from them. I love every single other associate at this store except at the deli. The produce has improved greatly though, and the rest of the aisles are properly stocked. I am not unkind to anyone, so I hate to speak ill will of the ladies at the deli, but when other people besides me have noticed, I just had to say something to that fact.
