A simple equipment rental. They handled it perfectly with my insurance. Basically, they did what you would hope every medical equipment company would do. What gives them five stars is how they handled a situation off script and outside the rules. It wasn't a big issue, but to me how they handle these issues speaks more to the quality of a company than when they do what any equipment company is supposed to do. Nice job.

I researched many medical device stores and in general they don’t have high reviews. I went into to Hart expecting the worst, but actually had the time of my life!nMelinda was great to work with, spent more time with me than I thought she would have.nI recommend that you request Melinda for your Cpap fitting...tell her Dave sent you.nnThe one negative with Hart medical supply is their phone system. The main number will randomly connect you with any one of their numerous locations.
