Right now they have a large selection of shoes on sale. Gentleness and attention was paid to my foot needs. Attendee examined my gait and determined the best shoe. I was sent there by my foot doctor. I need my shoes to be completely black or a close to all black as possible. So I did not leave with the $149.00 pair i need. But, he is ordering for me. I am happy.

First time in the store and I went in to get a pair of new running shoes for distance running. The staff person was super knowledgeable and really explained the benefits of each shoe I was trying on. I tried on 4 pairs and after discussing the longevity in mileage and support I could get from each shoe and how I felt when wearing it I walked away with a cute pair of the Brooks Adrenaline 20. I typically wear Asics which the staff person also showed me and they just didn’t feel as good. Really helpful and kind and I would come here again for any race needs I may have.

Coming from someone who is not familiar with shoe styles and technicalities, I was very happy with the customer service and products! I think it was Colin who helped me, he spent probably 30 minutes going over different shoe styles, going through differently priced options, evaluating how I walked with each shoe and the comfort level as well as the fit. He explained the reason he recommended each shoe. All that to say, if he’s due for a raise, he definitely deserves it. He didn’t force any option, and made buying a breeze. Will be returning for future shoes needs!nnFYI: I am an RN working at a hospital, I am on my feet all day and normally am sore at the end of my shift. With the recommendation given to me, I worked three 12 hour shifts in a row and my feet weren’t sore any of the nights. My feet and back are happy!
