If you don’t mind waiting 5 business days for paycheck to clear. It’s a great bank. If you want to bank with a company that has a mobile app designed by a child and is barely worth the download, then its a great bank. When you use google to get the phone number to your local branch, they send you to some 3rd world country who tells me that I am not allowed to call the branch directly for the security of the bankers there. If you’re good with that, then TCF Bank would be a perfect foot for you.
Have never had to wait more than 2 minutes, and they always get the job done fast. Very Good!
I am always very pleased with TCF and their service. The service there is absolutely outstanding and they are always very helpful. Best bank I've ever went through, I highly recommend banking here.
I am a student at UofM, and was thinking about switching banks because of poor service and fees...nnbut when i went to this bank by my home, the teller I had was very nice and quick, even though the place was about to close. I still might switch because of the crazy fees they have, but this place great for customer service.
The employees are always friendly and helpful. Open SEVEN DAYS A WEEK inside. Fits all of my needs. I can't help but say the employees are attractive too.
