Able Safe

After calling ever Bass Pro and Cabela’s in the area, I went to Liberty’s website and ordered One. The next day Able’s called me, said I was in luck and had my exact model available. The pickup was super simple and just required a signature. Be Advised: “DELIVERY” IS TO THE CURB, NOT YOUR BASEMENT OR LIVING ROOM! If you have a truck, rent an Appliance Dolley, and pick it up yourself! Highly recommend!

Wow, buyer beware! This company stringed me along for over five months only to refuse me my safe in the end. The owner cussed me out over the phone after I called to ask for an update for the third time during a period of four months of radio silence. His “store” looks like a crack house. Please, save yourself the trouble.

There was a miscommunication with multiple safe orders and having to cancel excess orders. The order of the receipt given via email to us specified special delivery instructions for in-home delivery. There was no communication on product manufacturing and delivery updates unless I called. Upon the day of the delivery, the company said the order only had curb-side delivery specified. The workers got into a verbal altercation with my husband, who is a disabled veteran with a service-related injury and unable to perform the manual labor required with transporting the safe into our house. The workers insisted the mistake was on our part because the company doesn’t make mistakes and was not willing to reschedule delivery. The frustration and rudeness of the situation caused my husband to go back inside the house. I was able to find the email with the order specifying in-house delivery and I went to speak with the workers, actually apologizing to them that there was a heated misunderstanding. However, they only confirmed with me that the order number they have was different and they didn’t have to deal with anything. So, they left the safe in our driveway and left. The safe company who the sale was purchased from contacted us and said this company was supposed to leave the safe in the garage. We spent the rest of the day finding another company to help us get the safe in the house because there was an issue with being able to get our car off the driveway and I’m 39 weeks pregnant. We will not being using this company or recommending them in the future.

I Had Able Safe come to my house and replace the lock on my safe. He showed up on time and did a great job. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend this company.

Place is a joke. Paid for them to bring my safe in my house and they leave it by the curb after I showed them my receipt. They’re a bunch drug addicts trying to make a quick buck.
