Miss the old Abercrombie, I don't think the new look and style works for them well.nnAnd bring back WOODS Cologne.

They had the outfit my daughter wanted but after waiting 15 minutes in line and only moving 5 feet we put our selections back and left empty handed.

By the time I got home, I realized they gave me someone else’s order. I drove back and the situation was handled so poorly. Not only was I frustrated for my own order but also the other woman’s order that they gave me. They didn’t really apologize or care that this mistake can affect two customers. If you are ordering for pick up, make sure they are confirming your name before leaving or you might just end up leaving with someone else’s order.

The only reason this place deserves a 5 star because they have the most amazing Manager ever and his name is MARTIN !! I had made a purchase and lost the receipt, I went it to return it and they told me they would be able to honor the price I purchased it for because I don't Have the receipt. I was told to contact customer service support to retrieve the receipt. I called over 7 times and spoke to 7 different people and not a single person was able to help, I was give a customer support email to contact and I did but Still no HELP ! Randomly I decided to walk in the store and see if anyone could help and i was lucky enough to find Martin to help me. He contact customer support they were not able to help, he did his very best and looker through the register system for a receipt of few weeks ago and finally FOUNT IT !! This manager went extra steps to make sure I as a customer was happy !! Please hire more of his kind because he really presented a professional face to Abercrombie! Thank you again MARTIN !!!!

Love Abercrombie & Fitch! Love to see them getting back to their old roots in style & clothing quality! Joshua is a fantastic help. EXTREMELY knowledgeable in the history of the store & style. Need more employees like that. Dressing rooms are CRAAAAZY. What in the world?!ud83dude05 need more locations to open back up!!!!
