Larger selection than most other gun retailers on the lakeshore. Will do layaway and is knowledgeable. A little on the quiet side but friendly none the less.
This is my go to place for all of my needs firearms related. They are kind people that work there that are very knowledgeable. with the pandemic and all he has done his best to keep stock on hand, it's a wonderful business and te people are very respectful.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I stopped in after being in the area, only realize the negative reviews were true. Owner was rude, never said anything to me, wouldn’t help answer any questions I had. I thought he was actually joking. Walked out, and will never be back. Store is set up in a poor manner and prices aren’t great. Don’t waste your time.
Rude and disrespectful, as other reviews state, is an apt description of the owner. It's surprising considering he's asking for our votes every couple years. I've been shopping there semi regularly for a few years, and the proprietor has never not been condescending or angry. I'd still stop in if they had something I needed, considering the current shortages...
