I went to look at a car to buy here because most of the reviews were good. I’m not sure why I had such a bad experience but when I arrived I went into the dealership and spoke to a guy about looking at one of the cars I was interested in. He seemed very unhappy I was there and then we went outside and he handed me the keys, didn’t tell me anything about the car (no exaggeration). By this point I just got into the car and test drived it for five minutes, came back, and said no thank you then left. Wasn’t about to buy a blindfolded car by an extremely uncomfortable and awful environment.

Ryan was a nice guy to do business with. We came from out of town to buy a vehicle. I appreciated that he picked us up at the local ferry. However make sure you have your mechanic inspect any vehicle you purchase. We got back and my mechanic checked out the vehicle and it needed a complete A/C system for over a $1000. Compressor, condenser, receiver drier. I think they knew the A/C system wasn't working. They gave it a recharge before we showed up and it was cool for a few hours at best.. I offered about a 1000 less in negotiations and best I could get was 300 off. Emailed Ryan and never heard a response. Buyer beware in the used car market.

Bought the Burgundy Mustang off their lot... I love the car... They were friendly, and gave me a fair deal! I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan from them a couple years ago as well... I will use them again...
