Very knowledgeable salesman, not pushy but confident in his product. He took our Kirby as a trade-in and demonstrated a Riccar. It's a good machine with a fair price. He stands behind its product much more efficiently than buying something from a big box store. It's good to shop local with someone who appreciate your business
