I used to love this place but this year the ice cream isn't great (soft serve) and the service is even worse. The young women at the window rolled their eyes the entire time. I know that right now is a difficult time for everyone and I make sure I am extra kind so I really hate when people constantly roll their eyes and act like they are inconvenienced simply by me ordering. I don't know that we'll give it another try at this point.

Something has changed in the past 3 weeks, the ice cream tastes differently. In fact, it was tasteless, it did not have the creamy taste. New recipe? New owners? Not sure but it is not the same.nnWent a time before and they were out if marshmallows topping.nnGo back to the original recipe and not scrip on taste or you will ruin a long standing tradition of an ice cream store on state street.nn#missingtheoldDQn#missingcreamtaste

Delicious ice cream and a lot of unique offerings! We walked from hemlock park and it was a nice little walk, not too far. And nice that we could have the dog along too!
