I love these people! I've had two short notice orders and they've been great both times, getting me exactly what I needed. They WILL get more of my business and I'd recommend them to anyone..
I have used them a few times and for the most part they have been pleasant and the work was very well done. The only issue I had was when their graphic designer quit, my order was put on hold so they could get my design together!
Took 4 months to get my order...went there at 4pm to pick it up and they were closed. Not impressed.
I would recommend them to other people, if the customer service wasn't terrible. They worked well with us before having to pick them up. They were easier than other places around. However, we went to pick up our sweatshirts at 4:30pm on a day they closed at 5pm. The door was already locked, the person working inside looked at us in the eyes, and then just turned around and left the building. Maybe it was a one time thing for the the one person working that day, but it was extremely bad for business and we will most likely not go back.
I bought the 5 dollars shirts (3 of them) about a week ago for charter crossroads academy, didnt go for medical reasons , went back bout 2-3 days ago to see if i could trade for cardinals shirts or get my money back but he said once you buy its yours, HE DOESN'T HAVE THAT SIGN IN HIS STORE, we spent 15 and he wouldnt refund it for me or anything, hes a donkey (jack@$$)
