I had been in the butcher business for almost 15 years when I went to work for Kellys. Colin and his wife Eugenia are two of the best people you will ever meet. Kellys is also one of the cleanest butcher shops I have ever been in. The turn around on getting your deer back is fast and yes you do get your own deer back. The cuts of meat are great and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend going to Kellys you won't be disappointed.

Excellent local, small business owner who has a passion for great food, meat cutting and the butchery trade. Colin is dedicated to the less known, traditional meat process, merchandising and creative services. I had bloody marry venison jerky and also Jalapeno Jerky sticks, and they were absolutely fantastic.nI'm looking for a to using his Pig processing and getting a ton of bacon, pork, and ham to stock my freezer the way I would like to.

Good quality cut but you get charged for every little thing. Cut is $110. Oh sorry sir your deer weights 135 not 130. That’s and extra $25. Oh you want ground beef? That’s an extra $60. Oh you need to use a credit card? That’s a %5 charge on top of the total cost. Sorry but I don’t care how good the quality is. $235 for a deer to be processed is far too much.

I have used their service repeatedly. Excellent processing. I recommend the sausage recipe. I go nowhere else now, only Kelly's.
