Kim at the front desk is awesome! Doctors are all kind and always help my children as needed.

DANGEROUS COVID protocol. I had an appointment for my newborn baby and 1 year old today but wound up leaving and finding a new pediatrician on the spot out of fear for our safety and shock at their practices. When I entered the lobby of their building, the door to their office was locked with a sign saying to call so we could be screened before entry. Totally fine with that. The problem is they aren’t responsive and they have you wait in an open lobby where no safety measures are enforced. In the 15 minutes we waited to try and get in, a patient from another office walked by without a mask, 3 men were there fixing a door and numerous other patients from the other offices were coming and going. I did not feel safe waiting outside their door with so many people, especially if their neighbors aren’t enforcing mask-wearing. Had it been a few minutes, I would understand. But we called twice and only got a recording that routed to another recording asking to leave a message. Then we knocked. A girl came to the door and said they weren’t ready. I said I had an appointment. She said she thought the receptionist was on the phone and closes the door. We figured she’d tell someone we were there. Minutes go by and my husband calls and gets through to Kim, their receptionist. We assumed someone would come do the screening at this point too but no. After another few minutes, we left. I’m mad we waited that long in a crowded lobby with our two babies. If they want to keep people safe, they should have people call from their cars, not wait in that public lobby - and notify patients of that ahead of appointments. But more importantly, they should not think it’s safe to let patients wait for 15 minutes in a crowded lobby. I’ve had a lot of medical appointments these last 9 months of pregnancy- I’ve never felt so unsafe going to a doctor during COVID until this horrible experience at Beverly Hills Pediatrics.

Love the doctors and the nurses and of course the front desk! I have been coming here for 16 years with all of my children and they are all treated with so much love and care. I would always recommend this place to others. Any questions I have they get answered and anything my children need they receive! ❤ufe0f

We love this office! All of the pediatricians there really take the time to listen to any concerns, and the scheduling is super flexible.

The doctors are great and the staff is friendly.
