I've had to do a bunch of returns to Amazon after Christmas. I walk in this store, walk up to the counter (nearly never a line) they scan the QR code on my phone and hand me a receipt. I'm out the door in less than two mins. What more can I ask for? Ok, so the guy wasn't too talkative when I tried to make small talk, but it was 9am on a Monday. Maybe he wasn't looking forward to the week ahead. Whatever. I got what I needed in a reasonable amount of time. Minus one point for crabbiness.
IT'S a Great Store W/ Very Helpful Service & With Faster Delivery time then the other'sn(USPS/Fedx) & Was A lot Cheeper...nCousin in INDIANNA was Surprised it Got THERE as Fast also....
Always have quick service when I stop here and the employees are polite and helpful.
This location is horrible. EXTREMELY RUDE Manager Richard. I have never been treated so poorly. I will drive out of my way to avoid this location.
I had a package delivered to this store. Apparently there is a fee for having it delivered there. Listen I could care less to pay for any service. The guy Richard who called me to tell me my package arrived said it was there. He called eighth after the time of arrival. I was there less then 30 minutes later. The guy was like you have to pay we’re not a storage unit. He was extremely rude and arrogant. I simply asked about what the $10 fee was for. I’m pretty sure he was the owner and I feel bad for him Bessie if that’s how you treat your paying customers he must be a pretty sad person over all. I the. Asked where it was in writing and if it was the UPS policy and he said it was the stores. Again that’s fine but have it in writing. I’d drive out of my way to not use this store again. This guy Should be ashamed of the way he acted.
