I pulled in for drive thought the bank associate his name yohan I exchanged with him cash and I ask if I can make payment for credit card .. his answer was next do it one time !! I said ok ll make payment at ATM machine .. he didn’t even bother to say I ll help here .. DO BETTER CUSTOMER SERIVCE
No help have to complain for to get employees to help customers to busy at their desks
Stay away!!! Got in and they wanted me to use the automated machine which was so problem for me until it ate my money and never gave a receipt. Then when I went to the manager, she claimed that this has been happening and that I needed to wait for about an hour until they called customer support to fix it.nnTerrible customer service and if you know that you have garbage machines, DON'T tell your customers to them.
