I had a simple request to provide me 'proof of funds' letter and firstly, I was asked to go to a bank, and so I did. Then they asked me to come after a week with an proper appointment, so I did. Then they said it'd take 2 weeks to get it done, so I waited. Then there was no follow-up after 2 weeks, so I called and they didn't respond. I went down to the bank again and they said they will call me in 2 days, so I waited again. I didn't receive any calls, and if I called back, it was again directed to voicemails.nnI don't want to name employees, but one I realized is that all they care is the feedback we give after our first visit. Once you are past it, they don't give much importance. Unfortunately, in my case, I gave them a 5 star rating after my first visit and after that they just kept to themselves.nVery disappointed and they have made me decide to move my accounts to a different bank. Thanks for that!

I appreciate for all the employees about their cooperation especially the manager that she was following all the customers to help them and preparing them to complete their things quickly, thanks a lot for everyone in this place and I like their services.

The experience was delightful. Susan helped me open up a bank account and she explained everything to me and was really nice. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the computers were having trouble and it took me 2 hours before I was finally able to leave. The technology at the drive-thru atm is really good too its really fast.

I've been calling this branch for the last 4 days about 10 times a day in different times, and non of my call have been picked up. Seriously do your job and answer peoples calls
