I would give it 3 maybe 4 stars but Anna is absolutely fantastic I would give her 10 stars out of 5..thanks for helping my mother open her new account even with her Broken English..she even made her a phone BOA app..we thank you very much
We went there to get a debit card replaced as it was eaten by the ATM. They did not process it correctly. Now I have no access to my monies and cannot get it fixed till the bank opens tomorrow. Very sad employees there.
If I could give them zero stars I would.
Slowest and most unprofessional workers ever! Every time I come they have to very a manager ok to cash a check and I clearly have enough in my account to cover it!!
