Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This branch is pathetic, 15+ customers and only one teller, always better to drive the extra 15 minutes to Kennewick. Understaffed and poorly managed in my opinion.

I found the experience to be positive. I interacted with someone on the phone to help me figure out if it made sense for us to come into the branch. She was professional, informative, and helpful. Our trip to the branch was positive and we did not experience a long wait. Overall, good experience.

Pasco wa on Lewis st. Is by far the worst bank to ever go to its the same on going issue i went yesterday 11/17 they had 2 tellers and over 25 people in line and then the have a worker greeting people instead they should put here as a teller or hire more so that they have more than just 2 tellers. The time before this last time I wasted an hour lunch in line to get helped if I could give less than a star I would

I've been banking with Bank of America Pretty much all my life. I cannot express how frustrated I've been in the last two years. Each time I come in it's less & less people available to help the customer. Currently I'm standing in a line on a Friday that I kid you not is wrapping around the outside of the building and their is two YES TWO teller's. Typically each time I come in anymore that is all their is. Sometimes only one. Then they try to force feed the ATM & online banking down your throat.nThose two things are a nice addition but I like Dealing with a live body! A person! And not waiting in huge lines! God you think I was in Walmart for crying out loud. REALLY????!!!nud83dudc4eud83dude20nIt isn't just this one either most I go into are the same. So that leads me to believe it's the now company standard's.nSad.nYou used to be the leaders in the community as far as banking goes now ... Trust me your not. I hear all the time people disgust. 8 teller windows, and re most I have ever seen is 2 tellers working. There is always a line, no matter what day of the week, or time of day I come. No drive through. If I didn't have to come here to make deposits for my employer, I would never step foot in this place again. Do yourself a favor and bank with Numerica instead. Much better customer service and almost never a line at all 3 Tri-Cities branches
