While I as trying to work out the details of my Amazon package, the girls behind the counter were talking about customer reviews and how if people didn't like it they could pack their own packages and mail them. Neither of them were wearing a mask. A woman came in while I was in there and instead of assisting her with printing a new Amazon label they just directed her to go to a UPS store on the Beltline. They must not like business. I decided to drive the extra distance to the Knapp Corner Pak Mail where they are always professional and friendly in addition to always wearing masks.
Every time I go in here, the employees are EXTREMELY and genuinely nice. One man is always smiling and extremely pleasant. I am so thankful this place is near me as it makes my shipping errands much more enjoyable.
The individual behind the counter was not wearing a mask. There were no social distancing. No separation of clean or dirty pens. Appears they have not taken any steps to help prevent the spread of a disease that could kill me. Great job showing you care about your customers.nnI also don't want to hear some BS excuse that just because it's optional it's okay for your employees to not wear a mask. If they can't wear a mask they should not be working. You are putting your customers lives in danger.

Everyone here is SO friendly and I love that it is a local place I can go to that works with fedex and ups so I don’t have to go to the other end of town to drop off my returns.
