Getting through on the phone is difficult but it has gotten better. Picked up my new CPAP machine and staff was very knowledgeable and handled all the insurance paperwork for me.

Hard to get through on the phone. You can now only leave a voice mail message? Or get transferred to who knows where? Very poor phone response system.

Phone experience was horrible. Told I was being transferred for help and all I heard was music. Tried to call back and received only recordings.
