I just came in for a pick up order and the two girls who were working just stared at me like I bothered them and then asked me if I needed help with anything. This has been my go to Sally beauty supply for years now. I don’t know who these girls are but they’re definitely newer and their customer service was a really bad first impression.

The lady was super nice & friendly, she helped me find the gray I wanted in my hair & was honest about how quick it'd wash out. So she wasnt trying to just push me to buy something. She actually wanted me to know.

Their registers and computer is ALWAYS down every single time I am there.nThey are the least friendliest out of any Sally's I have ever visited.nTerrible!
