Cassandra was excellent. I had to come in after running into some issues upgrading my unlimited plan and requesting for an eligible upgrade. Cassandra called customer service and was able to get the issue resolved. She was very knowledgeable, sincere, friendly. I'd recommend going to see her if you have questions on upgrade eligibility, changing unlimited plans, etc.

I came into AT&T with my sister and I liked the service she received the Rep. Cassie was very knowledgeable and super friendly she made the transition very smooth and has been on top of everything making courtesy calls to make sure I was happy with my service. Will recommend to everyone I know and send them to her. She is an amazing sales rep wish more stores had people like her.

CASSIE was AMAZING!! Helped me out through each step of the process to transfer my number and service. Awesome customer service here. SHE was friendly and helpful (and very knowledgeable). Great deals. COVID compliant. Coming here all the time!.. Originally came to ask questions and left with an Iphone 12 Pro and accessories, will be coming back to add lines and do more business. Left a Happy customer. I did business with Verizon and been with them for almost 10 years .. I actually felt good after Cassie helped us with the switch and are very confident At&t will be with us for years to come. Thanks Cassie Once again.

The representative knew the answer to every question before I could even finish my sentence.. I've never had someone help me so well & seem to care so much.. On top of him being so savy he was able to help me save a great amount of money & offer me discounts I didn't even know I was eligible for & made it to where my current financial situation can be easier.. Overall it was an amazing experience he gave me a reason to be a AT&T customer
