They are now taking appointments and they are doing a fantastic job. From making sure everything is sanitized to completing your eye check up and choosing your glasses/contacts, the entire staff- Roz,Mackenzie,Michele and Kris took care of me and work as an awesome team. The Doctor is very kind ,patient and awesome. Was so happy with how smooth the whole process went.
Mackenzie was very helpful and as sweet as can be!! I had previously visited the 9th street store and was treated very rudely!! Glad i went to Shaver Road!
I have nearsighted problem, recently also developed farsighted problem. I went to see Dr Cosgrove at Walmart Optics in Feb 2017. He is very nice. He suggested me to try multifocal contact lens and gave me two kinds to try. I tried about a month, and went back told him that I seems have trouble to see far away road signs. He suggested me to try to wear different contact lens for each eye, like my normal -3.75 for right eye and -2.5 for my left eye. He gave me a bunch of contact lens to try. We finally figured out that I can wear multifocal contact len on one eye and a normal contact len on the other eye. I visited him again in April to finalize the prescription. The guy is very nice and smart. Thanks for the time and help.
