I was working with Freedom Motors for a couple years getting conversions done here and there. I was informed they were now converting the Chevy Traverses, and was told the only stipulation was that it could not be all wheel drive. I sent a 2017 Traverse to them and was informed after the vehicle arrived that it had to be 2018 or newer. I then had to ship the vehicle to Chicago to sell it, and after all the shipping and depreciation I lost about $2,000 on the deal. I know Freedom did not intentionally mislead me, but their lack of communication cost me A LOT of money. I asked if they'd chip in something, anything, to keep a long time customer and help a little with the loss as a result of their blunder. They would not even give me a single penny. A huge company like that, just all about the buck. If you use them, prepared to be a number, not a person. Not to mention Freedom has some of if not the highest prices in the industry.nnIf you want to get conversions done for about half the price of Freedom Motors there are a handful of companies out there that do them for about Half the price but with a better warrant than Freedom Motors. Of course Freedom is going to tell you they have a better conversion and that's why it costs so much. So you tell me, who has the better built conversion?nnIt's a shame things had to end this way, but there are some good honest companies out there that are about the customer not just the $$$. Freedom Motors is not one of them.

Let me start by saying, Justin Rivera is the man!!! I have been looking for a wheelchair accessible vehicle for my brother for a while now, and could not find anyone I felt comfortable working with (extremely pushy people) untill we met Justin. He made you feel as if you were family! He was very prompt and always on top of everything! We had constant communication through text and emails, on all new inventory and he never look outside of our budget. Yesterday we purchased a beautiful 2016 Kia Sorento, It was everything that we needed and wanted! Justin went beyond measures to make sure that we were happy and had the perfect vehicle for us! We are in love with our new vehicle, and will continue to shop with freedom moters anytime in the future! Thank you Justin for all your hard work and dedication It did not go unnoticed! ♥ufe0f♿

My husband and I had a great experience with Freedom Motors from beginning to end. Dominic was so great to work with, always keeping us informed and updated. I also had the pleasure of working with Ben who gave us great insight and recommendations. They both truly showed sincerity and concern for us and shared experiences that demonstrate they do the same for others. We thank Dominic, Ben and all the others who contributed to our awesome van conversion.

How this thing started with Freedom Motors, I sent a message about a vehicle I saw online. Ask if was still available. It was late at night. The next day was Monday and I got a call. Then was connected to Dominic Icoca. He was great even when I messed up paperwork he did not get upset he was very pleasant and said it happens. The vehicle was delivered (and I live in a very rural area). I recommend Freedom Motors and Dominic. The lady that answered the phone was very nice too! I am sorry I do not remember her name or the one that did the loan papers. I messed up on her paperwork too. She did not get upset and was very nice. Great place to work with.

I took a risk living miles away. Affording a wheelchair accessible van is HARD. Not only was the van I purchased and never saw amazing, it was a better price and better deal than anything I could ever get in my state. Let’s talk about Hospitality. Ray Fosburg and the crew from this company are outstanding. I know everyone’s experience may be different but mine has been the best. Ray took the time to drive HOURS to show me what a vehicle may look like. He took the time to walk me through pictures, steps, information, getting quotes, working with my state agency which is a pain.nMy almost five foot girl doesn’t have to squish in her car seat anymore in my little Corolla but can roll right into her beautiful van. She also has the opportunity to take other equipment out into the community. We can finally breathe. No more panicking about who will watch her, how can we take her, what if the bus will not come and how can I keep lifting a wheelchair and her. Thank you Freedom Motors, the wait was worth the experience.
