Worst customer service ever! I walked from the Haven to check the other smoke shop out I was in my work clothes. ( I do private construction and remodeling of home's, at times very dirty job.) The male that was there rushed over to me and stared at me like I was going to steal something while the female danced behind the counter never once asking if I needed help or if I would like to see something. Rang me up never asked of I wanted a bag.there isn't enough room in the store and it's set up badly. I will never spend a penny there again if it was that last smoke shop on earth. I won't check out the one on the other side of town because of the bad behavior of the staff at this one.
Very good selection of cigars in their humidor and a great selection of smoking supplies. Reasonable prices too.
This store has so much to offer! Great set up and amazing service!!! The ladies that helped me had answers and product for all of my needs thank you ladies ( Elisabeth & Meagan!!!)

i love this place!! not only do they have every kind of wrap or paper you want but they have a huge hippie section with meditation tools, incense, sage, etc. and cute stickers!! so glad a good vape shop came to east lansing.
