This is not an official AT&T store. I bought a new iPhone 11 Pro there this last week while on vacation. I specifically said I needed the phone for now and was going to return it at home. Called very day and talked to Taylor L. and she never once told me I couldn’t return my phone to an AT&T store. It says at&t everywhere. I’m buying an expensive phone and the least she could do was inform me that it wasn’t an actual at&t store. I‘m not able to return it. Very disappointed that she didn’t tell me. I would t even give it one star.
It was the best.
