Everything was perfect from getting the quote to the installation of 5 windows. The guys were very nice, personable and did a really great job. You can be sure we'll be calling them again to get the rest of the windows done when we are ready.
I have done business 4 times with the company, each time I had to prepay and then fight with them to get the job done. Most recently asked to replace a window they agreed to and 1 1/2 months later when I contacted them they indicated they didn't have the time and failed to notify me they were not going to complete this job. A highly recommend doing business with someone who has better customer service. Would of given 0 stars but unfortunately that was not an option.
We scheduled a day for them to install 12 units in our facility. They arrived promptly, were very polite and finished the job quickly and cleanly. All of the guys that came to our facility (especially the Foreman Vinnie) were all professional and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend them to others and look forward to using them again.
They installed a door for me, and replaced all my windows. They did a great job. Excellent work and clean-up.
