I ran into a problem with my dish washer and was seeking some help to see what it might be. After talking to 3 repair shops near Gaylord, MI with no offer to assist me over the phone without scheduling an onsite appointment I called Tri-Lakes repair to see if they could help me. Even though this business didn't service my geographic area often Taylor listened to what my unit was doing as I shared that I was hoping to get just a little help over the phone first to see if there may be a simple fix and that I didn't get any consideration locally from similar businesses. She then suggested I try one thing that may help. I did exactly what she suggested and was very pleased to find out that it corrected the problem I was experiencing. She offered her idea without hesitation and any discussion for payment. I called her back today to let her know that her idea worked and that I really appreciated her customer service. In that call I also had the pleasure to talk to Dan the owner, sharing what Taylor did for me and that I couldn't be happier. Going forward i plan to surely refer their business to others with appliance issues that live in their service area. I would urge others to call this business with similar appliance problems if they are looking for great customer service!

I have used their services multiple times fore various repair needs at several properties and have ALWAYS had fast friendly and very reliable service. Both office and tech staff are top rate. I would absolutely recommend Tri Lakes to anyone.

Had our Jenn-Air front burner stop working- Matt came and fixed it for us. He fixed it quickly and was super professional. Will use them again in the future!

Had washer quit as we were ending season. Only people who called back. The guy was prompt. Efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend.

The office help were friendly and had me scheduled to my convenience. The technician identified a difficult problem in a short amount of time and had my dishwasher running when he left. I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend this company!
