The Battle Creek location is always extremely helpful when it comes to questions on products. Especially Andy, He is always on top of things and extremely eager to help. No matter if it’s just a question on a product or questions about a different process, He’s always very honest and will give you the pro’s and con’s of everything. And because of that is the reason i’ve been a customer for years now and will continue to buy all of my welding supplies through them.
