Loved our visit to this brewery! The husband and wife team running this joint are super kind and very friendly, they each stopped by our table and we were able to briefly chat with them about their different beers and a little bit about the brewing process.nnMy favorite was the Super Haze: Galaxy, highly recommend. Its got the full mouth coating flavor of an IPA but this brewer has mastered the smooth ending and it doesn't have that bitter after taste.nn10/10 will return again! Highly recommended!!
What a great addition to the town of Niles! Courteous, kind and knowledgeable staff. Unique beer offerings, and now also mixed drinks to go too! Looking forward to the chance to try out a flight once the COVID restrictions are lifted so I can find my favorite one! Hard work paid off for these folks, congratulations on making your dream come true! Keep up the good work!
We have been down to see you several times and always try something new on out visits. This last time we tried fire and ice, GL Peary (cute name) and oasis those too were very good. I Love the cans instead of the pouches others use and I love you make the Mixed drinks fresh and Surprised how fast it was putting it in a cans and having it sealed!nWe can’t wait until the taproom is open.nAlso very nice to visit with you And I am finding your bartender is very knowledgeable with the drinks !
Previously, I gave an unfavorable review. One of the first batches of beer I tasted was not great. However, the owner has since reached out to me with hopes of improving his product. I admire and appreciate this, and hope to enjoy a much better beer in the future. When I do, I would be happy to give 5 stars.
The beers are inventive and flavorful. The accommodations during a 2020 restricted opening are spot on, with canning and curbside pickup offered. If these brand new business owners can get it right under the toughest opening circumstances, imagine how brightly Niles Brewing Company will shine when the taproom is allowed to fully open and they can really do their thing!
