Very pleased with the service we received today. Very friendly and welcoming. The owners allowed us to swim in front of their property as well, which I was grateful for as we didn't have access to a boat to tour the lake. I would recommend and definitely would go back!

100% recommend this local business! There aren't many lakefront services for paddleboarding, kayaking, etc, the majority at Torch lake you have to rent and transport to the lake yourself. However, the couple who runs this business is SO KIND and you get to hop right on the water. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our little day trip here! The couple who owns this are sweet as can be & so welcoming! In the words of my brother “it was like renting from our aunt and uncle!” This was our first time to Torch and loved that they were located right on the lake for easy put in/take out. They even gave us some pointers on spots to check out on the lake & some helpful tips as it was a little breezy the day we were there. As someone who utilizes kayak rentals often, the pricing seemed very reasonable/normal. When we returned they offered to let us swim right there off their property which was so kind! Heads up to anyone who is wondering - no actual bathroom facility here, just a single porta potty. Very clean though! Will be returning here again next summer!

The owners were super hospitable and very welcoming. They answered all our questions prior to driving up to the area as far as hours of operation, pricing, directions, etc. when we arrived we got a warm welcome and assistance prior to getting into the water. Only place that I could find right on the water. Very lovely couple!

had a lovely day but when pulling up to the beach after, the owner was very rude and said we had “damaged” the paddle board but also would not say what the issue was? I asked many times why she was upset and what was wrong but she would not answer. She also demanded we pull the board out of the water away from the dock so she could bring it in herself (refusing help to carry it in instead of dragging it) and wouldn’t accept payment for more time or explain what she was offended by/what we had done to damage the board. Find another place if you’re looking for a relaxing experience. Hope the owner sees this and educates themselves on customer service.
