This quaint shop is a step back in time with a treasure trove of goodies!nA trip to northwestern Michigan is not complete without a stop here.
I’ll preface this with stating that this is my experience with this store. Your experience may be very different. And remember all experiences are subjective. Bachmann’s is a delightful, charming 80-year step-back into the past. Looking for 3-D glasses or a classic penny-candy selection? This is the place. They will do ANYTHING necessary to make your experience positive. While a bit more expensive, the mom & pop experience is MORE than worth it! From water balloons to jigsaw puzzles, they’ve got it ALL! 5+ STARS!
They had a surplus of many different items. I had fun walking around the store with my mother just looking at things. Their candy corner was very neat. A good place to go, especially if you are a tourist.
Fun to check out all of the offerings, and the bulk candy counter. A must stop, when in Central Lake!
