Their cuts are great. Sometimes selection runs out and that's a bummer but obviously because they sell a lot. Custom cuts I've ordered have always been good. Jim's steakhouse marinade is fantastic.nNice beer selection. And the hangover sandwich I'd slap my momma for.nThe only thing I didn't like there was the Shepard's pie . it was very greasy (but Shepard's pie is greasy). So you know what I do? I don't ask them to make it different. And give them a 1 star review like some folks on here. I get something else next time.n5 star no doubt. Was so scared they wouldn't come back when the city crushed their plumbing awhile back.
My wife and I live in Portsmouth, which doesn't have a real butcher shop. So we did a quick google maps, crossed the river, and picked up some pork butt at Carls for pulled pork and it was amazing! Quick service and very friendly. We will definitely be comeing back.

WOW. JUST WOW. Sammiches are BADASS and prices couldn't be more reasonable for such quality delish. This place is incredibly popular and thusly, their service is on the ball!
I wish I still lived closer to Kittery because I would visit this place more often if I could! The food, especially the sandwiches and wraps, are AWESOME! Everything is prepared fresh and there are so many great options to choose from. On top of that the staff are always friendly and smiling. I can see why they're so busy most days!
